And now, a little bit of fine print. (It's important stuff, so please read it!) NOTE: These packages do not include copyright release or reprint rights (except Platinum). Proofs on CD-ROM will include a copyright watermark. Additional prints can be purchased at any time, up to 2 years from the date of the wedding. Or, you may choose to "own your prints." A CD-ROM of professionally edited, color-corrected, print-ready photos (up to 100) ($70 value) and a lifetime copyright release ($210 value) can be added to any package for $209. This will give you the legal right to copy, print, post online, or otherwise reproduce the photos without any restrictions. Travel expenses will be added to the package price for any job further than 25 miles from Fredericksburg, Virginia. (Please see travel rates, below) A 50% deposit is required when booking your wedding date. The remainder is due on or before the wedding day. Please allow 5-10 business days for proofs to be ready. Print orders, depending on size, may take up to 10-15 business days. All wedding jobs over $500 will require proof of wedding insurance with Photographs/Video coverage.
Have Camera, Will Travel! Yes! I am willing to travel to photograph your Wedding. Travel charges are as follows: In Fredericksburg, or less than 25 miles away: Travel is included. No additional charges. 25-75 miles from Fredericksburg: Standard hourly labor rate will be billed for driving time. Anywhere else in Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia, Pennsylvania or North Carolina: Standard hourly labor rate will be billed for driving time. You may provide airfare instead of paying for driving time, if it will be more affordable for you. Your choice. A hotel room or other similar lodging arrangement for two nights. (The night before, and the night of the wedding). Any other state outside of Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia, Pennsylvania or North Carolina: Two round-trip plane tickets, for myself and one assistant. A hotel room or similar lodging arrangement for two nights. (The night before, and the night of the wedding). A rental car for the day of the wedding. This vehicle needs to be big enough to fit all of my gear. A large sedan or minivan is preferred. Rental insurance should be purchased for this vehicle. All travel-related expenses (airport parking, overweight luggage fees, busfares, taxis, gas, etc) will be paid by the customer.
